Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms cover learnbumi.com and the Bumi founding-member pre-sale. Bumi is operated by Classy Systems, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a founding membership you agree to these terms.

1. What Bumi is today

Bumi is an app for learning Tamil that is in development. It is not available to use yet. The interactive examples on this site are previews of how Bumi is designed to work. We have not set a launch date.

2. Founding membership

A founding membership is a one-time payment of $29 USD, tax included. Founding memberships are limited to the first 500 founders and are offered only until launch. When Bumi becomes available, it gives you lifetime access to Bumi on every platform we support, including future updates, for as long as we operate Bumi. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Founding members will be invited to an early beta before public launch.

Your membership is personal and may not be resold or transferred.

3. Refunds

You can get a full refund any time before Bumi launches, for any reason. See the refund policy for details, including what happens if we never launch.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply currency-conversion fees.

5. Email list

If you leave your email, we'll use it to tell you about Bumi's progress and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Content

Bumi is designed to show clips from third-party creators. Those clips remain the property of their creators. The illustrations, text and software on this site belong to us. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email hello@learnbumi.com.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Bumi is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects founding members, we'll email you before it takes effect.

9. Contact

Questions? Email hello@learnbumi.com. The founder reads every message.
